[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman][/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]江西外语外贸职业学院美术协会（以下简称“美协”）服从于院团委的领导，在院信息管理系专业教研室指导下工作。是一个教师提倡学生组织成立的学生组织。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]美协的宗旨：丰富活跃校园文化生活，繁华学校文化艺术事业；提高同学们的审美能力，陶冶同学们的情操，促进校园文化建设；坚持以正确的舆论导向引导学生，使同学更好的热爱生活，感受生活，发现生活之美，享受生活，享受人生。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]美协活动开展：开办艺术展览、组织艺术沙龙、书画大奖赛、漫画节、出外考察、写生、学术讲座、形象设计及运用电脑进行艺术设计与广告创意等活动。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=12pt]第一条：凡取得江西外语外贸职业学院各类学籍，承认本会章程，自愿参与的美术爱好者即可成为本会会员。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]第二条：遵守江西外语外贸职业学院的规定和各项规章制度，在院信息管理系的指导下开展工作。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]第三条：会员要逐步学习一定的美术设计等知识增强对美的理解和感觉，提高美术欣赏能力和观察学习能力。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]第四条：会员要精诚团结，分工明确，脚踏实地的开展工作。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]第五条：加强和其它高校相关组织的，联系和交流，争取广泛的理解和支持合作和参与。以邓小平理论为指导思想，在中华人民共和国宪法和法律规定的范围内开展活动。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]第六条：会员权利[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]

[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2、[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]在本会享有选举权、被选举权和表决权；[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]3、[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]有参加本会组织的各项活动的权利；[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]

[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1、[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]遵守《江西外语外贸职业学院学生守则》及协会指定的规章制度；[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2、[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]要积极主动的宣传和学习美术、设计等知识；[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]3、[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]认真完成协会布置的有关任务；[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]4、[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]及时向协会有关部门汇报美术动态及工作；[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]5、[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]有参加协会各项活动的义务；[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]

[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]第八条：会员为人正直坦诚，工作热情大胆，有一定的工作能力，认真完成协会交给予的各项任务。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]

[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]第十条：有四次无故不参加本协会活动的，四次没有按照要求完成作品的视为自愿离会；为协会做出比较突出贡献的会员受奖励，奖励与年终先进评比挂钩。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=12pt]第十二条：美术协会领导采取理事会下会长负责制，会长一名，副会长两名，根据协会需要下可设秘书处、书法部、素描部、漫画部、色彩部、设计部、宣传部、外联部等；以上人员组成理事会，理事会为美术协会核心机构；常务理事主持日常工作。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]第十三条：会长、副会长、常务理事由信息管理系专业教研室提名，会员大会通过产生；理事会其他成员由会长和副会长提名，会员大会通过产生，并上报团委。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]第十四条：理事会成员有权召开理事会议和会员大会。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
